Normally, your PC can recognize and install the USB driver automatically.
Windows systems will create files for related USB driver under below location on your PC when you complete the installation of Dashboard:
C:\Program Files\HSPA USB MODEM\Driver.

The “Autorun” might not work well depending on the operation system's privacy rights setting. Please double click the shortcut icon on the desktop or the CD icon in "My computer" to run the application manually.
Or you can change the setting on your computer following below steps:
1). Click “Start” menu on your PC, and then select “Run”.
2). Type in “gpedit.msc” in the “Run” dialog box, and click “OK” to enter Group Policy.

3). Select “Administrative Templates / System / Turn off Autoplay”, click the right mouse button, select and click “Properties”.

4). Select “Disabled”, then click “OK” to complete the setting.
