Please set up your phone’s WAP parameter by selecting profile between Wi-Fi and SIM for your Internet Service.
1. Wi-Fi
Go to Menu -> “Wi-Fi” -> “Turn on Wi-Fi” -> “choose an available Wi-Fi” -> “Options” -> “Connect”;
After you have connected to the chosen Wi-Fi, return to Menu -> “WAP” -> “Settings” -> “Select profile” -> select and activate “Wi-Fi”.
2. SIM
Firstly, please go to Menu > “Settings” > “Connectivity” > “Data account” > “GPRS” > select your service provider and activate it, then your phone can access internet. If you can’t find your service provider, please go to “Menu” ->”Settings” ->“Connectivity” ->“Data account” ->“GPRS”-> “options” ->”Create” ->input the following data according to local network parameters:

Once all the configurations have been entered and saved, a new account will display. Please activate the Account Profile. Then the phone can access Internet.

Please go to menu > “WAP” > “Settings” > “Preferences” > Select Show images “Never” and save, then the images will not display when you browse internet.

- Q9How can I connect to Wi-Fi?
Please turn on Wi-Fi and press “Options” in the interface of “Available networks”, then choose “Refresh”. The available Wi-Fi networks will be listed. If there is a lock on the Wi-Fi icon, a user name and password are required for connection. If no, this Wi-Fi network is for free. Please click the network which you want to connect, press “Options” then choose “Connect”. If the connection is successful, a green tag will appear on both Wi-Fi icon and signal icon. The Wi-Fi icon will also show on the top of the idle interface, near the antenna signal icon.

Following are the steps to configure email service on you mobile. We take Google Mail for example.
1. Please go to menu, press “Email” -> “Create” -> Select your Email account type.
2. Please input your Email account and Password, then select your Data account.
3. Please choose the Email account you created, and then press “Options”-> “Edit account”-> input the “Incoming Server” and “Outgoing Server”. 1. Some email services can’t be used for free, such as Yahoo! Mail.
2. Word, PPT, Excel attachments are not supported.

Please set up your phone’s Email parameter by selecting profile for your Email Service.

You have two ways to watch streaming video.

If SD card is installed, photo you take with camera will be stored in SD card as default; otherwise it will be kept in phone memory. You can’t change storage place in phone.

Please go to menu > “Java” > “Java applications” > “One Touch Mail” > Press “Launch” > “Yes”; then One Touch Mail application is loading.
One Touch Mail supports Gmail, Windows Live, Outlook, Yahoo Mail and some other emails. You can have three different email accounts on your mobile device.
Press “Add New Account”-> Select account type. Take Gmail for example, please input your username and password, press “Next”->“Set account name”-> “Finish”, then your email account will be created successfully.

The difference between E-mail and One Touch Mail is the PUSH function. The One Touch Mail Push Mail messaging service notifies you with a specific sound and a message on your screen as soon as a new email arrives. Even when the application is in idle or in standby mode, the email messaging service on your mobile device is still available. When an email arrives and your device is in Push Mode OFF, the application will wake up and notify you that a new mail has arrived. If the Push Mode is "Off", the application will check with the server based on the intervals you set. With Email in menu, all mails remain on the mail server until the recipient uses the Email program to poll the mail server.

Once the battery isn't used for a long time, it is probably that the battery had been over discharged. In this case, the phone would have no charging indicator when you plug it to the charger. Method 1: By using USB cable

2. If you want to transfer data between phone memory and PC, please power off your phone, then connect your phone to PC via user data cable; you will find two removable disks in your computer, one is phone memory, the other is memory card. Method 2: By using PC suite

If the problem persists, please try the following steps:
1. Check if you had activated call barring. 'Call barring' means you had barred some out-going call (All calls, International calls, International except home) or incoming call (All calls, All calls except those in SIM contacts, Roaming).
